About Reagan

Reagan To is a SAG-AFTRA actress, voiceover artist, and a world dance champion, balancing a busy schedule in Los Angeles, California.

Known for voicing the English role of the “Red Light, Green Light” doll in Netflix's Squid Game (2021) and young Ember in Pixar's Elemental (2023), Reagan has also voiced Hannah in the new Pixar series Win or Lose (2025).

A professional Latin and Ballroom dancer, she’s a finalist in both the USA and UK Blackpool Latin Championships, and the first American solo dancer to be sponsored by major dance fashion houses.

Reagan began her acting career at the age of five and has appeared in films, TV shows, and ad campaigns for major brands like Lenovo, Nike, CitiBank, and Forever 21.

Last year, she was involved in over 30 voiceover projects and has several exciting new projects on the horizon. Reagan is constantly learning and growing, studying with top acting coaches to explore new roles.

When she’s not acting or dancing, Reagan is passionate about cooking and baking, always eager to share meals with family and friends. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and is driven by her belief that passion and perseverance can take you anywhere, inspiring others to chase their dreams.
